About the Role:
Paramount Premier Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide to join our growing team in Bowmansville, NY. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans
• Transport or accompany clients to medical appointments and errands as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience in home care, personal care, or a related caregiving role preferred
• HHA (Home Health Aide) or PCA (Personal Care Aide) certification is a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow care plans and document client progress accurately
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check
