• Job Summary

  Requires insight into the behavioral sciences and specific training in client care; supervise the self-administration of medication, monitors client's compliance with program rules, provides transportation and crisis interventions. Work requires basic concern for quality of care, maintain a professional relationship with all residents while helping the individual in their recovery, empathetic and belief in human potential for growth, as well as a willingness to coordinate and work cooperatively with others.

   

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides operational support to residents in the facility and provides client-support to clinical staff.

  • Cooperates with other shift personnel to ensure smooth operation of residential facility and ensures safety of residents and security of building during shift.
