Aspire Senior Living Advance, a premier skilled nursing facility located in Advance, MO, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the administration of medications to residents under the supervision of licensed nurses

• Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to licensed nurses and healthcare team members

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medication administration and resident trends

• Collaborate with other healthcare staff to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents

• Provide excellent customer service and support to residents, families, and other stakeholders

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in healthcare or a related field a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on resident-centered care

• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
