Assembly Operator Night Shift

 We offer: 

• Hourly start rate of $15.50
• Weekly Perfect Attendance Differential $1/hr
• Shift Differential $1/hr
• Medical/Dental, 401K with Match after 30 days
• PTO at 90 days

 Essential Duties:    

• Follow Standard Work Instructions at all times
• Stand 8-12 hours per shift
• Positive Attitude
• Good Teambuilding Skills
• Able to lift 25-40 pounds
• Great Attendance and Punctuality
• Excellent Work Ethic
• Make rate per operation, while maintaining Safety, Quality, and 5S requirements
• Good Focus and Dexterity
• Overall Performance (skill, ability, attitude, attendance, punctuality, and basic work ethic).

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Reliable transportation / Live within walking distance
