Warehouse Associate - Now Hiring

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Cheektowaga, NY. This position involves supporting shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material movement operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role is a 4-5 month contract with the potential for permanent hire. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime opportunities and voluntary Saturday shifts.

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, part numbers, and documentation.
• Enter receiving and inventory data into the ERP system accurately.
• Tag, route, relocate, and store materials with precision.
• Process and move inventory to production, storage, or shipping locations.
• Prepare, kit, stage, and deliver materials to internal departments.
• Verify packing lists and shipping documentation.
• Package products according to customer and company requirements.
• Respond to shipping, tracking, and freight inquiries via phone and email.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock adjustments.

• Previous material handler experience.
• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs unassisted, and up to 50 lbs as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills in English.

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience operating pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.

This position is set in a manufacturing and warehouse environment that supports advanced liquid cooling and thermal management systems. Work is performed in logistics, inventory storage, and shipping/receiving areas. The role requires regular standing, walking, lifting, and manual handling throughout the shift. Use of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks is necessary, with forklifts operated by trained personnel. The work environment maintains typical manufacturing noise levels and requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe or safety-toe non-slip shoes. Work areas adhere to 6S standards, emphasizing organization, cleanliness, and safety.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cheektowaga, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
