• 1st Shift: $17.50/hr
• 2nd Shift: $19.00/hr
• 3rd Shift: $21.00/hr

Job Description

We are seeking reliable General Production Workers to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves assisting with packaging, material handling, machine support, and production line activities. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift, lifting up to 40 lbs., and performing repetitive physical tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Package, wrap, and move finished products and production materials.
• Work efficiently on a fast-paced production line.
• Monitor production processes and ensure materials are replenished as needed.
• Assist with machine operation and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 35-40 lbs.
• Perform repetitive tasks including bending, twisting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes quickly.
• Comfortable working around production equipment and machinery.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sanford, ME.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
