Housekeeper Needed

One small bedroom is being used as my library; I have a bonus room over the garage; I am a 75-year-old retired Army officer who lives alone. I keep a neat home but dont like to dust, vacuum, mop, etc. I do my own laundry, dishes; the stairs and upstairs are carpeted, the downstairs is wood floors wit area rugs. I have a kitchen with breakfast area, dining room, sitting room, living room, and a small by nice sunroom I use as my officeRight now, I am planning on three hours once a month ($75) but we can talk about two hours twice a month ($100)
