Road Warrior Staffing is hiring a dependable, safety-focused Class B CDL Delivery Driver in El Cajon, California. In this role, you will deliver products to customer job sites and company locations, secure materials for transportation, complete required driving documentation, and perform routine vehicle inspections. Schedule and Pay
Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.
Pay Frequency: Weekly.
Schedule: Monday through Friday.
Start Time: Approximately 5:00 AM–6:00 AM.

Duties

Safely operate a commercial delivery vehicle to transport products to customer job sites and company locations.
Load, unload, and secure delivery materials to prevent damage and ensure safe transportation.
Complete required DOT logs, delivery paperwork, and other transportation documentation accurately.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Identify and report vehicle defects, maintenance concerns, and safety issues.
Follow applicable DOT regulations, Cal/OSHA requirements, and company safety procedures.
Plan and complete assigned local delivery routes efficiently and reliably.
Communicate professionally with customers and company personnel regarding deliveries and potential delays.
Provide courteous customer service at delivery locations.
Maintain a professional attitude and prioritize safe driving practices throughout the workday.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
3–5 years of commercial driving experience.
Clean driving record that meets applicable company and insurance requirements.
Ability to lift, carry, pull, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as required for deliveries.
Ability to bend, stoop, and twist when handling delivery materials.
Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a commitment to safe driving.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous local delivery or commercial transportation experience.
Basic computer skills for completing delivery records and related documentation.
