Accounts Receivable & Customer Service

Outdoor Concepts, Inc. is the premier outdoor power equipment and lawn & garden store in the area.   We are looking for a Part-time individual experienced in supporting accounts receivable and general administrative duties.   This role is responsible for all aspects of accounts receivable, cash reconciliation, assisting customer service and general office administration.

Responsibilities:

Enter and pay invoices for inventory and other purchases

Receive and reconcile cash payments 

Maintain office supplies

Maintain customer accounts

Bank Deposits 

General office administration 

Customer service-Answering phones and counter sales 

Skills and/or Experience

Prior experience with accounts receivable helpful

Organized, with attention to detail 

Self-motivated, team player with ability to multi-task and solve issues

Able to retain information and sit at a desk for extended periods of time

Prior customer service experience helpful but not required
