Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction

Denver, CO Area | Full-Time

We’re partnering with an established, growing commercial contractor seeking a Senior Estimator to join its Denver-area team. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to take ownership of estimating for complex renovation and building-envelope projects while working closely with operations and leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience
• Strong background estimating commercial construction projects
• Experience with renovation, occupied/existing buildings and/or building-envelope work
• Ability to estimate multi-trade projects from conceptual budgets through final bids
• Strong understanding of plans, specifications, scopes, subcontractor pricing and takeoffs
• Proven ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines independently
• Local to or able to work from the Denver/Englewood area
