NOW HIRING – MULTIPLE MANUFACTURING OPPORTUNITIES
Richmond/Henrico, VA | Immediate Openings
Wise Staffing Group is currently hiring for 8 immediate manufacturing opportunities with an established local manufacturer in the Richmond/Henrico area.
We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals with manufacturing, machine operation, printing, production, or mechanical experience. Training opportunities are available for select positions.
CURRENT OPENINGS
2nd Pressman – 2 Openings
Pay: Starting at $16/hour
Shifts Available:
- 1 opening on 1st shift
- 1 opening with flexible shift availability
Ideal Experience:
- Printing press experience
- Sheet-fed offset printing
- Pressman or press helper experience
- Commercial printing or bindery experience
- KBA/Koenig & Bauer, Komori, or similar press experience is a plus
Job Duties:
- Assist with setup and operation of sheet-fed printing presses
- Assist with press make-ready
- Adjust feeders, delivery mechanisms, rollers, and other press components
- Monitor print quality, color, and registration
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Maintain a safe and efficient production environment
Adjuster Trainee – 4 Openings
Pay: $18/hour
Shift:
- Training on 1st shift
- Must have flexibility to move to 3rd shift
- 12-hour shift flexibility may be required
No direct envelope experience required.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and interested in learning how to operate, adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain production machinery.

Job Duties:
- Learn to set up and adjust production machinery
- Change machines between different sizes and styles
- Monitor product quality
- Troubleshoot machine malfunctions
- Maintain production speed and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance and general repairs
- Work with hand tools and production equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Standing for most of the shift
- Repetitive hand and wrist movements
- Regular lifting of up to 75 lbs.
Knife Operator – 1 Opening
Pay: $16–$17/hour
Shift:
- 1st Shift
