Charleston Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations and ensuring high-quality resident care in our skilled nursing facility.

Compensation & Benefits

• RN: $100,000 per year

• LPN: $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily management of nursing services and clinical operations.

• Supervise, support, and develop nursing staff.

• Monitor resident care and regulatory compliance.

• Support staff training, coaching, and performance management.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and promote positive resident outcomes.

• Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.

• Skilled nursing facility or long-term care experience required.

• Previous nursing supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
