Rental Associate and Technician

The driver/associate/tech will be responsible for taking deliveries of all equipment to the correct location. This technician will also work on equipment and keep it clean. This role requires a valid drivers license, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to different tasks and environments. The ideal candidate will be proactive and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all equipment is loaded correctly/safely for each delivery.
• Navigating where loads should be delivered to.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in all areas, including maintaining a clean work vehicle.
• Assist customer when on the premises.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license. CDL not required but valued.
• Must complete and have a valid Medical Card for driving DOT vehicle.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
