Customer Service Manager

PROMAN Staffing is partnering with our manufacturing client to source and hire a Customer Service Manager to join their team in Lombard, IL. This DIRECT HIRE opportunity is ideal for a proven customer service leader who can drive team performance, strengthen customer relationships, and optimize order management processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead, mentor, and elevate the customer service team to deliver exceptional support. 

• Direct and resolve customer inquiries, orders, returns, and escalations. 

• Drive quotation, order fulfillment, pricing, and delivery execution. 

• Leverage ERP and CRM systems to optimize customer and order management. 

• Collaborate with Sales, Production, Finance, and Shipping to exceed customer expectations. 

• Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous process improvements.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 

• 5+ years of manufacturing customer service, sales support, or order management experience. 

• Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams. 

• Strong ERP, CRM, and Microsoft 365 proficiency; SAP experience preferred. 

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. 

• English fluency required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
