Position Type: Temporary / Event Staff
Location: Downtown San Antonio and Surrounding Areas
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Event-based; final schedule will be provided upon assignment.

Must be available to work on Event Days:

• Saturday, October 31
• Sunday, November 01
• Monday, November 02
• Tuesday, November 03
• Wednesday, November 04

Position Overview:

We are seeking friendly, energetic, professional, and dependable Meeting Room Monitors to support an Annual Meeting & Expo Convention.

Meeting Room Monitors will help ensure meetings, presentations, and sessions run smoothly while providing excellent customer service to attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and event staff.

This is an active position that requires frequent walking between assigned meeting rooms, standing for extended periods, and responding promptly to questions and requests. Comfortable, professional shoes are required.
