Community Association Attorney

The West Palm Beach office is expanding and seeking an experienced Community Association Attorney to join a growing team handling sophisticated condominium cooperative and homeowners' association matters. This role is ideal for a client-focused attorney who values advisory work board relationships and long-term professional stability within a supportive firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze community association issues and draft legal opinions supported by case law research with accuracy and efficiency
• Interpret and draft amendments to governing documents and enforce governing documents on behalf of association clients
• Prepare for and attend board and membership meetings while maintaining strong client relationships
• Review and modify service contracts while collaborating with firm attorneys on complex association matters

Qualifications

• JD with active Florida Bar membership in good standing
• 2 - 10 years of legal experience with community association or HOA experience preferred (similar practice experience considered for candidates willing to learn the applicable law)
• Strong organizational communication and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Excellent client relations skills with the ability to advise boards and association members professionally
