Pay & Schedule

💵 $20-$22/hr (Based on Experience)

🎁 $1,500 Sign-On Bonus (after 90 days of tenure)

🕒 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

📅 Monday-Friday

Overtime Available - Never Mandatory

🔨 What You'll Do

Assemble small electronic and sensor components

Perform precision assembly and inspections using a microscope

Learn soldering, testing, and calibration techniques

Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

Use hand tools, measuring equipment, and testing devices

Complete quality inspections and record production data

Follow safety and quality standards

🎯 What We're Looking For

Small-parts assembly or manufacturing experience preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Comfortable working with microscopes and precision components

Ability to read and follow drawings and instructions

Basic computer and data-entry skills

High School Diploma or GED

Eagerness to learn new technical skills and grow your career

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Amherst, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.83 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
