Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatrics Outpatient – Saint Cloud, MN
Specialty: Pediatric Outpatient OT
Facility: CentraCare Plaza
Start Date: November 2, 2026
Duration: 26 weeks | Day shift| 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric outpatient therapy experience required
- New graduate OTs may be considered with OT certification and previous pediatric experience as a COTA
- BLS required
- Experience treating pediatric patients from birth through adolescence
- Experience with pediatric outpatient care, acute care, and outpatient clinic settings
- Experience administering and interpreting PDMS-2, BOT-2, VMI, and Sensory Profile assessments
- Experience treating sensory dysfunction and providing family education
- Experience with diagnoses such as cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, ADHD, prematurity, oral aversion, coordination impairment, and concussion
