- Pay Range: $90,000–$120,000 per year + bonus structure
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinic operations and drive financial, productivity, and strategic goals.
- Manage budgets, facility maintenance, patient complaints, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, OSHA, and HIPAA.
- Lead, mentor, train, and support clinic staff, including hiring and performance management.
- Conduct staff meetings and collaborate with leadership.
- Support clinic marketing and build relationships with referral sources.
- Maintain a patient caseload and monitor clinical documentation for quality assurance and reimbursement.
