Role Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

- Monitor patient status and report any significant changes to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.
- Support patients and their families by providing education and resources as needed.
- Relevant certification and/or licensure required for the position.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
