We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Home Health team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a flexible and rewarding environment, helping patients in their home settings.
Position Details- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Travel: A company car will be provided for home visits
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Health
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
