Minimum Requirements:

• Allied Health License for ND or Compact as applicable
• Applicable recent experience in this Allied Health Occupational Therapist work setting
• Commitment to quality care and adherence to client legal and client protocols
• Certifications: Occupational Therapist | North Dakota State Board of Occupational Therapy, Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) | National Board Cert. Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), Driver's License with Acceptable Driving Record, Basic Life Support (BLS) | American Heart Association (AHA)
• Equipment/Procedures: Inpatient and/or Outpatient required
• New Grads: Allowed
• Experience: 2 years
