Physical Therapist Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality physical therapy services to our patients in both outpatient and acute inpatient settings.
Position Details- Unit: Physical Therapy
- Shift: Monday through Thursday, 7am - 5pm
- Shift Length: 10 hours
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Experience: Minimum 1 year preferred; training available
- Work Environment: Outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled care
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
- Provide therapy services to an average of 8 patients per day.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution.
- BLS Certification required.
- Keen understanding of common diagnoses and treatment protocols in outpatient physical therapy.
