Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

My sister's husband has been in a pretty serious accident and is unable to go to work. It's a head injury which causes him to sleep a lot. My sister has 5 kids, 2 of those kids are a senior and sophomore in HS so they don't need much attention. The younger 3 all are great kids, 2 of those have special needs. The bulk of what Im looking for is some relief from house work, maybe taking kids to and from events / practices and possibly helping with food prep. They are an amazing family and just need some assistance during this tough time.
