Roofing Sales Estimator

Company: Multi-Regional Roofing Company in WI, GA, NC, SC, TN, and IL providing full-service residential roofing and restoration.
Role Overview
This is a field-based sales position. You will spend your day canvassing neighborhoods, speaking directly with homeowners, identifying potential roofing issues, conducting roof inspections, and selling roofing services.
Qualifications:
• Previous roofing sales experience is required.
• Must be able to climb ladders and conduct roof inspections.
• Comfortable approaching homeowners and conducting door-to-door canvassing.
• Able to explain roofing issues and present repair or replacement options.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage appointments and follow-ups.
• Must have a reliable car or truck.
Responsibilities:
• Follow up with company-provided leads and meet with homeowners.
• Drive to assigned neighborhoods and canvass for additional roofing sales opportunities.
• Identify homes with old, worn, or potentially storm-damaged roofs.
• Speak with homeowners about their roofing concerns.
• Conduct roof inspections and take pictures of visible damage.
• Explain inspection findings and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
• Present and sell roofing services.
• Follow up with homeowners regarding inspections, proposals, and sales.
• Complete sales paperwork and maintain accurate customer records.
Compensation
• Earn $100,000–$250,000+ (Top performers exceed this)
