Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience
- Assist customers with product selection and answer questions regarding merchandise
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels as needed
- Assist with merchandising displays and promotional initiatives
- Ensure products are properly labeled, stocked, and presented
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive environment
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
