Material Handler/Forklift Operator

Full-time | 12-hour Rotating Shifts | Day and Night Shifts

We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Material Handlers/Forklift Operators in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates who are willing to learn, work as part of a team, and contribute to daily production and warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and transport materials throughout inbound and outbound warehouse areas and manufacturing operations.
• Operate box or bale clamp lift trucks to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Operate pole trucks to transport paper rolls throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with general housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support production and warehouse operations.
• Perform physical task that may include lifting, pushing, or pulling objects weighing more than 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous forklift, mobile equipment, or material-handling preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn equipment operation and follow all safety procedures.
• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work a rotating schedule.

Schedule Requirements

• Full-time, 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Works hours are 6:00AM-6:00PM or 6:00PM-6:00AM, depending on the assigned crew.
• Employees must be available to rotate between day and night shifts.
• Schedule includes working every other weekend
