JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Build and repair machine shop tools, dies, jigs, and molds
2. Interpret and work from blueprints & sketches & engineering drawings
3. Operate machining equipment
4. Inspect & verify tooling dimensions
5. Perform troubleshooting and adjustments to ensure tooling functions properly
6. Maintain tooling to ensure optimal performance
7. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support tooling requirements
9. Document tooling work, repairs, and modifications as required
10. Communicate tooling issues and repair needs

All of the safety grating manufacturing is completed in our Dallas, TX facility.\nAll custom to the specifications (size & type of metal) to the needs of the customer.\nHave engineering support to draw up to custom specifications for each customer as needed.\n
