Job Description
Warehouse Operator – $13/hr – M-F 12 hour shifts
Warehouse Operators perform basic manufacturing tasks in a plastic production facility. You follow written instructions, check parts coming off the machines, clean them up, and get them packaged. KECO trains you on all equipment and processes.
What You Do
· Follow work instructions step by step
· Inspect every part for defects
· Trim and clean plastic parts
· Count, label, and package finished products
· Run small machines such as:
o Drill press
o Sonic welder
o Hot-stamp machine
o Small assembly tools
· Complete simple paperwork (production counts, scrap, downtime)
· Watch your machine and call a technician if something looks wrong
· Keep your work area clean and organized
Job Requirements
· High school diploma or GED
· Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
· Basic math skills
· Able to use simple hand tools
· Able to stand and walk for the full shift
· Reliable, team-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Able to lift 30–40 lbs occasionally
· Must work a consistent 12-hour shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Pay
· $13.00 per hour
