Bilingual Operations Supervisor - Second Shift!

A growing logistics and distribution company is seeking a Bilingual Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse, cross-dock, and transportation operations on the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse, transportation, and cross-dock operations
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, routing, deliveries, and pickups
• Oversee inventory, shipping, and receiving activities
• Coach, train, and develop employees while promoting safety and productivity
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company policies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, transportation, or distribution
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, fleet operations, and routing
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
