A manufacturing company in the Galleria Houston TX area is currently hiring an experienced Customer Service/ Data Entry Specialist to join their team!  In this role, the Customer Service & Payment Operations Specialist  will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, payment processing, account set ups, billing reconciliations, maintain logs and daily transactions and other customer service and data entry duties as needed.

Salary: $30.00 per hour

The perfect  Customer Service & Payment Operations Specialist for our client will have: 

• At least 2 years of experience Customer Service
• Must be able to pass a credit check
• Able to work with confidential documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
