Position Title: Supply Management Specialist

Location: East Moline, IL

Assignment Length:12 Months contract with possible extension

Position Summary

The Supply Management Specialist will support sourcing, cost-reduction, and change-management initiatives while working with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and management. The role requires strong project coordination, communication, negotiation, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with teams across disciplines and facilities to deliver project results.
• Facilitate coordination among design engineers, suppliers, and management.
• Support supply-management activities such as sourcing, cost reduction, and change management.
• Analyze data, solve problems, and help achieve business objectives.
• Manage competing tasks and projects, adjusting priorities as business needs change.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, documentation, and project communications.
• Use Microsoft Office and applicable business systems to support project work.

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading teams or managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines and facilities.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Experience with negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with SAP and Product Data Management (PDM) workflows.
• Experience analyzing data and solving problems to achieve results.
• Business or Engineering degree, or equivalent experience.
