Foundry Home Solutions is a locally owned, family-operated home improvement company specializing in bathroom and shower remodeling, replacement windows, and decks.

We're looking for outgoing, energetic, and dependable individuals to represent our company at home shows, festivals, senior expos, and community events throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, has strong communication skills, and wants to earn additional income through performance bonuses!

Responsibilities

• Represent Foundry Home Solutions at local events, home shows, and expos.
• Engage with homeowners and introduce our products and services.
• Schedule free in-home estimates for interested homeowners.
• Collect accurate customer information and appointment details.
• Assist with setting up and taking down event displays, tents, tables, and marketing materials.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.

Compensation

• $22 per hour guaranteed
• $25 bonus per qualifying appointment scheduled
• Additional $75 bonus when an appointment you set results in a completed sale
• Total potential bonus of $100 per sold appointment

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for weekend events and occasional weekdays.
• Ability to lift and move event equipment, including tent weights, with reasonable accommodation.
• Sales, customer service, retail, or event experience preferred but not required.

Schedule

Flexible, part-time, event-based scheduling. Events are held on weekdays and weekends, with weekend availability strongly preferred.
