Roofing Project Manager

Company: Multi Regional Roofing Company in WI, GA, NC, SC, TN, and IL providing full-service residential roofing and restoration.
Position: Roofing Project Manager – Conduct Inspections and meetings with homeowners with company supplied leads and Canvass neighborhoods that are either older or recently storm damaged to identify homes with storm-damaged roofs or old, worn roofs that may have problems. Speak with homeowners, educate them about their roofing issues, conduct FREE roofing inspections, sell roofing, and complete paperwork.
Qualifications:
• Must have roofing sales experience
• Able to climb ladders and conduct roof inspections
Requirements:
• Driven and career-oriented
• Comfortable canvassing and inspecting roofs
• Motivated, driven, and career-oriented
• Must have car/truck
Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections
• Educate homeowners about their roofing issues
• Sell roofing and complete paperwork
Compensation:
• Earn $150,000–$250,000+
