Position: Sales Assistant

A Contracting company in Fort Worth is hiring a Sales Assistant!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Temp to Hire

Pay: $17-19/hr + commission 

Position Responsibilities:

• Meet with cities/municipalities regarding their concrete needs
• Prospect for new business and build relationships with customers
• Set up and attend meetings with potential customers
• Prepare estimates and bids
• Maintain existing accounts while developing new business
• Construction industry experience is helpful
• Comfortable working independently and being out in the field
• Responsibilities include bidding, invoicing, and checking in on crews
• Main office is located in the DFW area, with travel throughout the region
• Expected to come into the office at the beginning and end of the day
• Company truck provided

Position Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to communicate professionally over the phone, via email, and in person
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Clean driving record
