Staffing Specialist - Bilingual

Focus Workforce Management is now interviewing candidates for a bilingual Staffing Specialist to oversee our Reno, NV location. Ideal candidates would have experience with full-cycle recruiting, client relations and/or team management.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Design and implement effective recruiting/interviewing strategies
• Onboard new employees ensuring compliance to screening/policy needs
• Act as a point of contact and deliver on client needs
• Manage team of recruiters and onsite support
• Oversee management of HR duties (payroll, injuries, incidents, etc)
