Temporary, set to last through end of December / beginning of January

Level I - $16.50, business to consumer, less experience required

Level II - $18, business to business and consumer, more experience required

Open 7am-8:30pm including weekends, so will get a schedule within those hours with at least 1 weekend shift per week. (example; 7am-3:30pm 8am-2pm, 9:30am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 4:30pm-8:30pm, and more)

Provide excellent service and sales support to our customers in a high-volume environment consisting of direct consumer order placement. The ideal candidate will process orders, resolve order issues, and support customer inquiries under the guidance of full-time Customer Service Representatives as well as the Customer Service Management Team.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Complete required seasonal training on company systems, products, and customer service standards
• Process customer orders and general inquiries via phone, email, web, etc. with extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
• Provide timely, friendly, and accurate responses to customer questions regarding orders, products and shipping.
• Resolve order issues, such as address changes, order changes, order status updates and complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interaction in accordance with company procedures.
• Provide general administrative office support for office staff during peak season, as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong Microsoft Excel experience
• Experience in call center, ordering and logistics, customer service, and general office is preferred but not required for Level I, is required for level II
• Availability to work weekends and extended hours around major holidays
• High School Diploma or GED required
