About the Role

TENSHOU Collection is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Development and Facilities Associate to support our growing restaurant operations.

This position will assist with project coordination, facility maintenance scheduling, vendor communication, and administrative support across multiple restaurant locations.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while working closely with internal teams, vendors, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating construction projects, restaurant openings, and ongoing facility maintenance activities.
• Schedule vendor appointments, equipment repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate project records, schedules, equipment information, warranties, and maintenance logs.
• Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Collect and organize vendor quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
• Track project deadlines, repair requests, deliveries, and outstanding action items.
• Assist with permit and inspection documentation and restaurant opening preparations.
• Prepare project updates, maintain organized files, and escalate delays or urgent issues to leadership.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in administrative support, operations coordination, vendor management, facilities, or project support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet and document management tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable following up with vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to work on-site and travel to company locations as needed.

Preferred:

• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, construction, or facilities operations.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, invoices, maintenance scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Experience using Microsoft 365, project tracking tools, or maintenance management systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $22–$25/hour

Work Schedule & Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Cerritos, California headquarters. Travel to other company locations may be required.

Candidates should have flexibility to support assigned restaurant openings and occasional urgent facility needs, including work outside regular business hours when scheduled.
