Fashion Sales Associate - Luxury Sales

Frances Kahn is seeking a motivated, fashion-forward Sales Associate who combines a passion for style with a talent for sales and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has experience in luxury or boutique retail, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create personalized shopping experiences that turn first-time visitors into loyal clients.

As a member of the Frances Kahn team, you’ll help clients discover pieces that reflect their individual style while building meaningful relationships, driving sales, and maintaining the welcoming, beautifully curated atmosphere that makes our boutique special.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, attentive service to create an exceptional shopping experience for every client.
• Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful follow-up, styling recommendations, and personalized outreach.
• Drive sales by understanding client needs, recommending products, and identifying opportunities to increase purchases.
• Consistently work toward and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance.
• Maintain the boutique’s visual presentation, ensuring merchandise is beautifully displayed and the store remains organized.
• Stay up to date on fashion trends, new arrivals, and product details to confidently assist and inspire clients.
• Support private shopping appointments, trunk shows, special events, and other client engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive, professional, and service-oriented boutique environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury fashion or boutique retail.
• A genuine passion for fashion, personal styling, and delivering outstanding customer service.
• A sales-driven mindset with the motivation to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, personable, and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management is a plus.
