Front Office/Back Office

Adult Internal Medicine of North Scottsdale is looking for a full-time, upbeat employee, with both front office and back office experience. We are looking for someone with a strong skill set and leadership ability to join our team of six. We are a small busy practice that cares about our employees. Our practice is located on 92nd and Shea on the Honor Health Campus (formerly Scottsdale Health Care). This is a NON-SMOKING campus.

We are also looking for a part-time front office receptionist for afternoons from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, but flexible if someone is out. Duties include, but not limited to; check in, check out, collecting payments, scanning, calling patients, balancing out at the end of the day.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Must have approximately two years experience in both front and back office. Must have good communications skills both verbal and written.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Electronic medical records and scanning.

Greenway/Prime suite knowledge a plus.
Heavy phones.

Collecting payments.

Scheduling appointments.

Appointment reminder calling.
