Part-Time Medical Spa Sales Consultant - Virginia Beach & Leesburg

Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa is hiring part-time, commission-only Medical Spa Sales Consultants for our Virginia Beach, VA and Leesburg, VA locations.

This is a part-time independent contractor (1099) position. Compensation is commission only, with no base pay. Commission is paid monthly on a tiered scale based on your total monthly sales: $0-$50K total: 5%. $51K-$75K total: 8%. $75K-$100K total: 10%. Over $100K total: 12%.

Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate services.

Educate clients about treatments, packages, and products.

Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.

Achieve sales goals while creating a positive client experience.

Work closely with the team to support client satisfaction.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience either (a) selling treatments, packages, or memberships inside a medical spa, day spa, aesthetics clinic, dermatology or plastic surgery practice, or a beauty or wellness location, or (b) in pharmaceutical, medical device, or aesthetics industry sales, calling on physicians, clinics, or medical practices.

A track record of working toward and meeting a personal sales target.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Comfortable in a commission-only, independent contractor role.
