CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Service Representative to join our San Clemente HQ team.  In this role, you’ll be the face of our company, helping customers navigate their questions while handling inquiries, entering and managing orders, resolve issues, and work collaboratively with other departments while delivering an exceptional experience to ensure customer satisfaction.  If you are a great communicator, enjoy problem-solving, and are motivated by helping others, we’d love to have you on our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Enter and manage sales orders including online wholesale orders and back orders.
• Deliver accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Record customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for tracking and analysis.
• Assist with troubleshooting common issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify customer needs and provide proactive solutions to improve their experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in a customer service and customer-facing role required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations calmly.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• MS Word and Excel experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training is a bonus.
• Flexibility to perform additional tasks as required by Management.
