Accounts payables Clerk

The Accounts Payables Clerk reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and supports accurate, timely processing of purchase order, goods, and employee expense invoices while maintaining organized financial records.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase order, goods, and employee expense invoices.
• Track expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform data entry for accounts payable transactions.
• Maintain organized filing systems for invoices and related documentation.
• Support accurate and timely accounts payable recordkeeping.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable.
