What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale or fine dining
• Strong background in high-volume, full-service restaurants
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
• Experience managing FOH operations, training, scheduling, and labor costs
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and elevated service standards
• Proven ability to develop teams and drive operational excellence
