Commercial Cleaning Technician

We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our commercial cleaning team. If you take pride in your work, can follow cleaning instructions, and are comfortable working independently, we’d love to hear from you. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do
Perform routine commercial cleaning, which may include trash removal, dusting, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. Specific duties vary by assigned location and are outlined in each building’s cleaning checklist.

Most routine cleaning is completed independently, with team assignments for larger jobs. You’ll follow cleaning and safety procedures, care for supplies and equipment, secure buildings as instructed, and communicate supply needs or concerns to management.

• Reliable attendance and timely communication.
• Attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team.
• A valid driver’s license is required because this position involves driving between assigned job sites and transporting cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to assigned job locations. Access to your own vehicle is strongly preferred.
• A smartphone for scheduling, job details, and timekeeping.

Schedule
Most positions offer part-time evening hours, generally between 5 and 11 p.m. Assigned days, start times, and weekly hours vary by position and location.
