Assistant Manager - Now Hiring

Keva Juice is looking for a motivated, dependable, and energetic Assistant Manager to help lead our team.

This is a full-time leadership role designed for someone who wants to grow with the company, support daily operations, and work directly alongside the Store Manager to build a strong team and successful store.

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations
• Help train, coach, and develop team members
• Lead shifts and keep the team productive and engaged
• Help create schedules and maintain strong staffing coverage
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and product organization
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and store standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and lead by example
• Step into leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable

• Previous leadership, retail, food service, or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate others
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Someone who wants to grow into bigger leadership opportunities

The Assistant Manager plays a key role in keeping the store running smoothly every day. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in helping a team succeed and creating a great customer experience.
