Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

You will work on a consistent shift schedule in a clean, climate-controlled facility, helping ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and without interruption.

Responsibilities

• Load and feed strips of components into the machine lines according to established procedures.
• Monitor the lines to ensure they run smoothly and address issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform general upkeep and light maintenance on production lines as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all housekeeping standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and adherence to facility rules.

Essential Skills

• Ability to perform general labor tasks in a production environment.
• Experience or comfort with general production work, including repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Basic machine operation skills and willingness to learn specific production equipment.

Work Environment

The facility is very clean, comfortable, and climate controlled, providing a stable and safe production environment. Work is performed on fixed shifts7:00 a.m.3:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m.11:00 p.m., or 11:00 p.m.7:00 a.m

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vandergrift, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
