Machine Operator Lead

Join a dynamic team dedicated to producing custom Straight Trays that hold wires for manufacturing sites and warehouses. As a Machine Operator Lead, you will play a crucial role in operating production machinery, ensuring quality, and meeting daily output goals. Your expertise will help maintain efficient operations and contribute to the success of each custom-built tray.

• Operate production machinery to meet quality and daily output goals.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machine settings for efficient operation.
• Perform routine quality checks and address minor machine issues.

• Proficiency in machine operating.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Experience as a lead machine operator.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of production and quality control.
• Experience with punch press and cutting machines.

• Strong attention to safety and ability to perform equipment inspections.
• Willingness to learn and operate multiple types of warehouse equipment.

Experience a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that is non-climate controlled and loud. Work Monday through Friday with one mandatory Saturday each month, during the 2nd shift from 4 PM to 12:30 AM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of White, GA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
