This inpatient facility is seeking PRN locum tenens coverage to support its psychiatric service line. The facility maintains a multidisciplinary support team that includes psychiatrists, NPs, and RNs to facilitate continuity of patient care. Clinical operations are structured to deliver inpatient psychiatric services to an adult population with an average length of stay of 7-10 days.

Massachusetts offers a diverse range of attractions, from historic landmarks and championship sports venues to scenic natural landscapes including the Berkshires, Cape Cod National Seashore, and Quabbin Reservoir. Clinicians on assignment may explore world-class museums, coastal experiences such as whale-watching cruises, and outdoor recreation including kayaking, hiking, and apple picking across the state. The region carries notable historical significance, with sites tied to early American history in towns such as Plymouth and Concord, alongside cultural institutions, aquariums, and distinctive local dining options throughout its cities and towns.

Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services for an adult population, working day shifts Monday through Friday on an 8-hour schedule, totaling 40 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and providing medication management within the inpatient setting. No call or weekend coverage is required for this assignment.
