Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

I am returning to work from maternity leave next month. I have an 8-month-old and a 6yr old. I need to leave for work by 6 a.m. in order to arrive by 8 a.m. Daycare opens at 6, however my 6yr olds school does not open until 8 a.m. So I am looking to possible pull the baby from daycare and getting a nanny instead. I get off at 5 p.m. and wont arrive until 7 p.m. My husband has to leave for work at 4:30/5 time frame. I need someone who can stay with the girls until I arrive.
